SEMESTER 2 MEMBERSHIPS - Please note we only have absolute beginner level spaces left!

Strathclyde Student Union's "Best New Society 2018/19" is excited to be returning with our professional instructors from Twirl n' Tone Pole Dance Academy and Pole Princess for a second year in 2019/20! We welcome people of all genders and levels of fitness to challenge themselves by getting involved in pole fitness.

Semester 2 class times are as follows. Please note the committee will make every attempt to make sure returning members are in the same class as last semester but some changes will have to be made so that levels are kept accurate according to ability level so that all members can get the most out of our classes. We may also have to place a few absolute beginners in our Wednesday afternoon class.

  • Absolute beginner (intro level, basic spins and holds, suitable for those with very little or no pole experience) - Thursday 5.15-6.15pm with Alva *LIMITED SPACES*
  • Beginner/intermediate (those working on harder spins, holds, and climbs) - Wednesday 3-4.15pm with Amber, 7:15-8.30pm with Rosie *FULL*
  • Intermediate/advanced (those who are comfortable inverting) - Thursday 6.30-7.45pm with Grace and Kim *FULL*
  • Flexibility class- Wednesday 1:15-2:30pm with Heather *FULL*
