Strathclyde Student Union's "Best New Society 2018/19" is excited to be returning with our professional instructors from Twirl n' Tone Pole Dance Academy and Pole Princess for a second year in 2019/20! We welcome people of all genders and levels of fitness to challenge themselves by getting involved in pole fitness.

Class times are as follows. Please check that you can make the class that corresponds to your ability level before purchasing memberships as you will not be allowed to attend a class that is below or above your ability due to health and safety.

  • Absolute beginner (intro level, basic spins and holds, suitable for those with little or no pole experience) - Wednesday 3-4.15pm
  • Beginner/intermediate (absolute beginners and those working on harder spins, climbs, and working towards inverting) - Wednesday 7:15-8.30pm
  • Intermediate/advanced (those who are beginning to invert up or already are inverting and have been training over summer) - Thursday 6.30-7.45pm
  • Flexibility class- Wednesday 1:15-2:30pm

  • Strathclyde Student: £80 for full year ('add to basket' 1)

  • Pole Fitness Alumi and students at other unis: £50 for 1 semester ('add to basket' 3)
  • Pole Fitness Alumi and students at other unis: £90 for full year ('add to basket' 4)
  • Alumni and non-students: £55 for 1 semester ('add to basket' 5)
  • Alumni and non-students: £100 for full year ('add to basket' 6)
