What is needed for our classes?

  • Abs on fire- This requires no equipment or previous experience, Grace will work you through some basic ab exercises to build up strength and tone

  • Chair Poses- This requires a sturdy chair( preferably a folding chair) and you need no prior experience to attend. Rosie will work you through the basics of chair poses and chairography

  • Flexibility – This does not require equipment or previous experience. Knee pads (or cushions), a yoga mat, and yoga blocks (or books) are recommended. Heather will take you through a range of stretches and yoga poses to improve the flexibility in your back, shoulders, and legs.

  • Strength and conditioning- This requires no equipment or previous experience. Eve will take you through a full-body workout to help build the much-needed strength to improve your pole techniques and will help improve overall fitness. 

  • Intermediate Flow and Tricks- This requires previous experience of floorwork but does not require any equipment, knee pads are recommended and heels are optional, Kim will work on teaching new tricks including shoulder stands/rolls and the combination of some basic floor work into a more intermediate routine.

  • Beginner flow- This requires no previous experience or equipment, knee pads are recommended and heels are optional. Amber will take you through the basic beginner movements used in many floor routines including leg and body waves and show you how these can be incorporated into routines and sequences.  

 

 

What do the membership types include?

  • Flex membership - Access to the 6 remaining flexibility classes in semester 1 (from the 28th of October to the 2nd of December).

  • Pay per class - Access to any one of our weekly classes (e.g. abs on fire, chair poses, flexibility, strength and conditioning, intermediate flow, beginner flow)

  • Weekly class pass - Access to all of our classes in that week (this will be 3 or 4 classes depending on if the chair poses class is running that week). This does not include flexibility classes.

  • Semester 1 classes - Access to all of our online classes in semester 1, you can attend as many as you like! This does not include flexibility classes.

 

Other information

 
  • The weekly, and semester 1 memberships DO NOT include flexibility classes or workshops, these have to be purchased separately.

  • Our online classes will run across 7 weeks – starting on the 27th of October and ending on the 11th of December (the first abs on fire class will not start until the 2nd of November).

  • The chair poses class will run fortnightly (on the 27th of October, 10th of November, 24th of November, and 8tht of December).

  • All classes will be held over Zoom.

  • Once you buy a membership, we will send you the details via email so make sure to check these and get in touch if you have not heard from us. If you buy a single class, please let us know which one you would like to attend so we can send you the details. If possible, please do this at least 24 hours before the class will start so we have enough time to get you booked in. All classes (except from stretch) will be recorded and available for 24hrs so if you want to attend but can't make the scheduled time please include this in your email
