Thinking about starting to exercise? Calisthenics is a fantastic, all round discipline that builds on many of the things you would have started in PE for instance, you push ups, pull ups, core exercises, a bit of cardio, all with little to no equipment, this is a chilled out, informal group but, make no mistake, we all want are driven to trying new things, pushing the limits of what we can do and learn some new skills like the front lever, handstands, L-sits etc as well as general bodyweight strength and cardiovascular work.
