Scottish African Caribbean Societies Ball

This year, the theme for the annual Scottish African Caribbean Societies ball is 'Enchanted Forest' and would be held in Glasgow in collaboration with the following Universities:
University of Strathclyde 
University of Glasgow
Glasgow Caledonian University 
Edinburgh Napier University 
Heriot-Watt University 
University of Stirling

The event would start at 7pm at Level 4 of the Strathclyde Students Union, where guests would be welcomed with a Champagne and Canapes reception. 
The main ball would be held in Level 8 and would start at 8pm, where guests would be treated to a buffet of African and Caribbean dishes, a selection of desserts, 3 bottles of wine on each table as well as loads of entertainment. 
The after party would follow at Sugarcube nightclub, from 12am - 3am and its free entry for everyone who purchased tickets for the ball.

Dress-code: Dress to match the Enchanted Forest theme (Be Creative).

Transportation to the event and back would be provided for those coming from Edinburgh and Stirling and the costs are included in the ticket price. Pick up points in each city would be announced closer to time.

Please come along with your ID's (e.g passport, drivers license, bio-metric residence permit) for entry into the club and to purchase alcohol.
The bar at the ball is a cash only bar so also come along with cash. There are also cash machines outside the building.
