Open to all women studying a STEM subject, this event is a perfect networking opportunity no matter what stage you're at in your STEM journey. You will have the chance to 'speed-network' and chat directly to exciting women working in the mathematics, statistics and finance sector.
This event is co-hosted with the Strathclyde Women in Banking and Finance Society.
Our invited professionals include:
Anna McDonagh - Anna studied Actuarial Science at Heriot Watt University, completed a summer internship at RSA in London before joining Barnett Waddingham as a trainee actuarial consultant.
Bianca Deladia - Bianca studied maths, stats and finance at University of Strathclyde. She worked as a statistician for one year before joining Barnett Waddingham in 2020 as a trainee public sector actuarial consultant.
Emma Gourdie - Emma studied Mathematics at University of St Andrews and has worked at Barnett Waddingham for 3 years as a trainee investment consultant.
Charlotte Tarry - Charlotte studied Mathematics at University of Aberdeen and joined Barnett Waddingham in 2020 as a trainee actuarial consultant.

Dr Elizabeth Dombi - Teaching Fellow and Head of the Equality and Diversity Committee in the Mathematics Department at the University of Strathclyde
