ReAct presents two original one-act plays!
By The Light Of The Zoom - written and directed by Chloe Allan.
What's the worst that could happen during a lockdown? One group of Scottish students are about to find out. While trying to navigate the aftermath of their careless rule-breaking through late night zoom calls, tension grows and friendships begin to fracture. They don't all know it, but this marks a turning point in each of their lives that they would have never imagined.
The Judgement : How To Live If You're Dead - written and directed by Silmaril Simon.
There is a life after death, the only problem is, how is it picked? Amaryllis will reflect on her past and her future together with some of the people who knew her best. Prepare yourselves to rethink your life choices, because introspection is coming your way and it's coming quick.
Running Order
By The Light Of The Zoom will begin at 5.15pm.
A short interval will take place from 5.45pm-6pm to allow everyone to refresh their viewing drinks and snacks.
The Judgement : How To Live If You're Dead will begin at 6pm.
Ticket Pricing
For our usual shows we would price our tickets at £3 for students and £5 for non-students. As this is online, we have lowered our pricing to try and make these shows as accessible as possible, as we are aware more people may be in financial difficulty given the current climate. We have tried to reflect this in our pricing :
Single Viewer £2 : This ticket is intended for those watching the plays alone. If more than one person will be watching from the same device, we kindly ask that you purchase the Multi Viewer ticket option. We Kindly ask that you do not share the Zoom details provided in your receipt with others. This ticket can be purchased as either the 'student' or 'guest' options.
Multi Viewer £3 : This ticket is intended for those watching the plays in COVID-safe groups on the same device. If you have bought a multi viewer ticket, we kindly ask that you do not share the Zoom details provided in your receipt with others and that you only watch from the one device. If you would like to watch from different devices, you will be required to purchase multiple tickets. This ticket can be purchased as the 'multi view' option.
