High Fliers Research, who work in association with The Times, are presently recruiting for an upcoming opportunity early next year. We are looking for a team of student representatives from your university to carry out part-time work as Interviewers for The Times Final Year Student Survey 2020.

The survey is conducted annually at 34 leading UK universities in order to gain first hand information on students’ experiences and attitudes towards the graduate job market and their aspirations before graduation. In February 2019, Interviewers helped ensure that over 20,000 students took part in The Times Final Year Student Survey.

The role involves interviewing final year students over the course of seven days. Each interview must be conducted on a one to one, face-to-face basis, and will take 20 minutes. The answers are submitted via the Interviewer's personal electronic device and all materials and resources required will be provided during a one-hour training session held on your campus at the start of February - depending on when your Survey Week begins.

Applicants must:
- Be well-connected and know 25+ final year undergraduate students
- Be organised and reliable
- Hold high levels of communication and social skills
- Be available for approximately 8-10 hours during Survey Week (which commences straight after the training session at the start of February)

The role offers a competitive pay rate with the opportunity for bonuses and a full CV reference upon completion.
