Role Overview

Being part of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible service each time they visit our store.

1.Customer Service

2.Greet all customers in a warm, genuine and friendly manner.

3.Ensure that customers receive the best possible service every time the enter the store.

4.Keep stock clean and presentable at all times.

5.Maintain jewellery and watch displays and assist in the day-to-day housekeeping of the shop.

6.Follow and maintain company policies and procedures and develop an excellent knowledge of our jewellery and watches.

7.Drive sales and be target drive.

The Retail Sales Advisor Essentials

a. An ability to work under your own initiative.

b. Be able to take and follow management instructions

c. Friendly and personable

d. You should also possess an enthusiastic and positive outlook and be able to project a great first impression.

Jewellery knowledge is not required as training is provided.
