Guidance and support

Black History Month has always been about education and (re-)learning. This year, the Black Lives Matter movement has brought the world closer to seeing the reality of racism in all its forms, here in the UK and elsewhere.

We invite you to contribute to this work, and join us in holding up a mirror to our society, as well as our actions within it. Let’s take steps to become better allies, starting with our Me and White Supremacy Book Club.

Black History Month is equally a time for celebration and a re-imagining of how we talk about history! In this spirit, come test your knowledge at our Black History Month quiz, and join us for a watch party of BlackKklansman, directed by the iconic Spike Lee.

We will be adding more events to the calendar as we go along. Check back on this page or keep an eye on our social media.
