Where do page images appear?

Page images appear in three places: at the top of the page when using the 'child page - with image' template, in the 'explore this area' section on the parent page, and when you share the page on social media.

As an example, the page image for Club Directory appears at the top of the Club Directory page and the same image also appears at the top of the Club Sport page, but you only update in one place.

How to edit the image

  1. Go to page

Find the page you want to edit.

  2. Edit the page

Hit the cog in the top right and select 'edit page'.

  3. Open properties

Across the top are a number of options, select 'Metadata'.

  4. Edit title

In the 'image' section at the top, upload an image and add a description.

  5. Save changes

Scroll to the bottom and hit save.

What about the quick links on the landing page?

Your quick links are set up in the same way they were previously, as redirects set up underneath /sports-union-ql/.

  1. Go to Edit Pages

You'll need to go into the Edit Pages area of Website Admin and scroll down until you find /sports-union-ql/.

  2. Find your page

Expand the /sports-union-ql/ dropdown and then select a page by clicking the checkbox next to it, and then scroll back up to the top and press 'edit'.

  3. Follow previous steps

Once you're in edit mode, follow steps 3-5 above.
