The Venue

The home of live music and events in the Union. This versatile space is suitable for everything from gigs, ceilidhs or dinners, to dance and yoga classes! With Strath Union’s history of bringing some of the best acts to town, we now have a state of the art venue to host them in. With the best sound system you can find, this is an experience not to be missed.

Many Freshers events will take place here, making this a place where students first meet up and have a great night together. The function space is hireable (more on that in the future!) and can be used for formal dinners, gigs, events, ceilidhs, etc. It has a mobile bar which can be moved around and a stage for performances.
