Candidate for the position of NUS UK Conference Delegate

A modern, democratic Union

The National Union of Students is in crisis, tackling a £3 million deficit. 

If elected your NUS UK delegate I will:

  • Argue to make NUS a more democratic organisation. Hardly any students on campus know or care about NUS, we need to change this. Why can't they digitally poll us on issues important to students? 
  • Argue to protect NUS Scotland, which is facing large cuts. We have a different education system in Scotland, we need a strong independent body of students here to lobby the Scottish Parliament.
