Glasgow Disc Golf Club generously donated a full size portable disc golf basket to Strathclyde University Disc Golf Club to aid in development and growth of the sport.
Strathclyde University Disc Golf Club were kindly donated a full size disc golf basket by Glasgow Disc Golf Club. GDGC have been supporting the development of the sport in Glasgow for a decade, and have been indispensible in the set up of SUDGC. As part of the 10 year anniversary of Rosshall Disc Golf Course, the club are installing new baskets, and currently have a surplus.
As a result, to enable the new student club to run taster events and putting practice on campus, GDGC generously donated a disc golf basket and offered ongoing support.
This will allow Strath Disc Golf Club to put on a program of events during the coming year, and attract new people to the sport.
