StrathSail is an extremely friendly and inclusive sailing club which welcomes everyone and provides a safe and fun environment in which to develop your sailing skills whatever your ability.

We compete regularly in Dinghy and Yachting competitions which include Team Racing, Match Racing, and Fleet Racing disciplines and offer regular training for all of the above. If competing isn't your thing, don't worry! We are an extremely sociable club that meets every Wednesday for recreational sailing followed by drinks and free food at our sponsor bar! We also meet on a Sunday morning for a ‘non drinking’ wellbeing social which could include a walk around the park, going for a coffee or a trip to the beach! I

n the summer you will be sure to see us whip out a BBQ or Pizza oven at recreational sailing! We also host a weekends cruise around the Firth of Clyde in September, as well as a week long summer holiday yachting cruise in Croatia or Greece.

If you are a complete beginner to sailing, we run a learn to sail course throughout both semesters to which anyone is welcome!
