About Us

The University of Strathclyde Women's Football Team is a club open to all Strathclyde students.

We currently play in the BUCS Women's Scottish Tier 1, the top university league in Scotland.  Our futsal team also compete in BUCS Women’s Scottish Tier 1, 22/23 league winners!

Whether you are new to football or have played for a long time, we welcome all abilities. Some of our members attend solely for social reasons, others for fitness and others just to play the sport they love! If you are interested in just coming along for a kick about or to play competitive games in the BUCS league and SSS cups then Strath Women's Football is the place for you! We host 'come and try' sessions at the beginning of semester one where you can enjoy a taster training session. Our Wednesday socials offer the opportunity to meet new friends and teammates and take part in a range of fun social activities. There is something for everyone.
