Handball

Strath Handball offers a great time for everyone. Whether you’ve played for many years or you’ve never even held a handball in your hand, we welcome absolutely everybody 😊 

We train Wednesdays 12pm-3pm (separate sessions for Women’s & Men's Team) and Fridays 7am-8.45am (mixed session), even the morning sessions are usually popular within the members.  We love to get a wee coffee or breakfast after our early session to reward ourselves for being so brave and getting up so early!

Our successes from last season include:  

Scottish University League Winners 2025 (women), SSS Women’s champions (2025), Strathclyde Sports Union TEAM OF THE YEAR.  

SSS Men’s Silver (2025), 3rd Place in BUCS national Trophy 2025 (men).
