About Us

Handball offers an all-round great time, on and off the court. There's a team for everyone, from those who have played their whole lives, to those who love trying new things and barely know what handball is (for the record, it's an awesome sport and lots of fun!).  

We train Wednesdays 12pm-3pm (separate sessions for Women’s & Men's Team) and Fridays 7am-8.45am (mixed session), even the morning sessions are usually popular within the members.  

We're a social group who regularly spend time together usually in bars (mostly the Union!). Follow @strathclydehandball on Instagram to see more! 

Our successes include:  

Men's Scottish University League Winners for 5 years, 2nd place in 2023/2024, 3rd place in 2022/2023. 

2nd place in BUCS national Trophy 2022/2023. 

Women’s Scottish University League Winners in 2023/2024 and 2022/2023, 2nd place in 2021/2022. 5th place in BUCS for both 2022/2023 and 2021/2022.
