About Us

Ultimate Frisbee is a fun, flexible, easy-to-play game and perfect for anyone looking to try a new sport.

Our club goes by the name 'The Dark Horses', and currently has some 40 active members and is open to all those who wish to join.

We run an outdoor session at 2:00pm on Wednesdays at Glasgow Green (near Nelson's Monument), an indoor session at 6:00pm on Fridays at Strathclyde Sport and a Women’s session at 8pm on Tuesdays at Strathclyde Sport.

For anyone interested in participating at a competitive level, The Dark Horses are involved in BUCS Leagues which consist of two men's teams, and one women's team. A number of tournaments are held both regionally and nationally at both fun and competitive levels, in men's/women's/mixed team formats.

We also host socials fortnightly at The Ark on Thursdays from 8:30pm, with bigger socials in between.
