Coach Registration Form
This must be completed by coaches who wish to work with University of Strathclyde Sports Clubs and access Sport Facilities. You must have read the Coaches Pack before submitting this form.
Please send copies of coaching qualifications to lee.gallacher@strath.ac.uk no later than 48 hours after submitting this form.
If you are not able to upload or email documents, please bring a copy to the Sports Union Office located in Strathclyde Sport.
