Coach Registration Form
This must be completed by coaches who wish to work with University of Strathclyde Sports Clubs and access Sport Facilities. You must have read the coach code of conduct before submitting this form.
Please send copies of coaching qualifications and confirmation of insurance coverage to Lee Gallacher (Sport Development Coordinator) no later than 48 hours after submitting this form.
If you are not able to upload or email documents, please bring a copy to the Sports Union Office located in Strathclyde Sport Centre.

Coach Registration Forms 2026/27
- Should be completed by a coach who has previously coached with a Sports Union club in previous years.
- Should be completed by coach who has not regisered previously.
- Should be completed by a coach who is coaching a Sports Union club for a one off or trial session. Coaches participating for anymore than 1 session per semester should complete above forms.
