Tickets for trips or events - conduct

I understand that by purchasing the ticket I undertake to ensure the reputation of the relevant Society/Club is upheld during the trip/event and I will behave in a way which does not put other members at risk or bring the Society/Club or the Association into disrepute, and meets with the behaviour defined in the Code of Conduct.

I undertake to inform the trip/event organisers of any issues or occurrences which may cause harm or hazard to any participants on the trip/event.
