We've moved online.

We are doing all that we can to protect our staff and members in ways that enable them to stay safe. To achieve this, we have closed the Union building, including all of our venues, and cancelled all events that were due to take place at 90 John Street. 

We hope you understand this also means that our online services will be reduced for the time being for essential enquiries and support. This will mean that response times may be slower than normal, but in most cases, we will endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours.

Our open hours are Monday - Thursday, 10am-4pm. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you have any enquiries relating to medical symptoms, please contact the NHS. Below is more information about our operations and we hope you and your family are staying safe during these unprecedented times.

  • If you are looking for support from our Advice Hub Advisers, you can contact them at or arrange an online appointment here. Advice Hub Open Hours are 10am - 4pm.

  • Your Student Executive Officers continue to work on your behalf during the pandemic. However, we ask you to please be patient, as they are also caring for themselves and their families and therefore will not always be able to respond immediately. You can find contact details for the Student Executive on their website pages ( and enquiries will also reach them if they come through the generic email address 

  • All of our commercial services are currently closed and we will update information on our website when this changes. Thank you for your custom, we will be back when this is over and in the meantime, stay safe folks.
