There could be a number of reasons why you can't log into your account or sign up to a society, and we want to resolve this for you as soon as possible.

 

Trouble Logging In


 

If you are seeing an 'Account Not Matched' screen when you try to log into your student account, please first ensure that you have opted to share your data with Strath Union on Pegasus. If not, opt to share data and wait at least 24 hours while your details are transferred to our system.

 

If you have already opted to share your data with us and are still seeing the 'Account Not Matched' screen when you try to log in, please respond to our Access Account Survey at the bottom of the page. 

 

Trouble Signing Up to Clubs & Societies 

If you are a current Strathclyde student and have received the 'This product has the following requirement(s)' notification when trying to join a club or society, then please respond to our Access Account Survey here:
