Unfortunately, sometimes things don't go right. It may be that you're unhappy with an aspect of your course, concerned about the way a member of staff or another student has behaved towards you, or maybe the University has failed to follow procedures or failed to provide a service that it advertises.
If you wish to make a complaint about the University of a member of staff, then the University's Complaints Handling Procedure is the right policy for you to follow. If you wish to raise a complaint about another student, then you should look at the Dignity and Respect Procedure.
If you have allegedly breached the University's regulations in some way, then the University may undertake a Student Discipline Procedure against you. There's lots more information about this here.
