Please note that in light of the Covid-19 situation, there may be different information and procedures related to the below. We ask you to check here first of all where we are maintaining an up-to-date guide on what we know. If you are still not sure or have any questions, please get in touch.

Unfortunately, sometimes things don't go right. It may be that you're unhappy with an aspect of your course, concerned about the way a member of staff or another student has behaved towards you, or maybe the University has failed to follow procedures or failed to provide a service that it advertises.

If you wish to make a complaint about the University of a member of staff, then the University's Complaints Handling Procedure is the right policy for you to follow. If you wish to raise a complaint about another student, then you should look at the Dignity and Respect Procedure.

If you have allegedly breached the University's regulations in some way, then the University may undertake a Student Discipline Procedure against you. There's lots more information about this here

Whatever's happened and whatever you'd like to do next, Advice Hub advisers can discuss the situation with you and help to figure out the best way forward.
