Join us as we make our own natural hair products from ingredients that we actually WANT to put in our hair!
Natural hair is always political, it speaks of our identity and feeling of belonging – often times it is also a sign of resistance. But in the end of the day- it’s just hair – hair we love, cherish and want to look after. Join us as we make our own natural hair products from ingredients that we actually WANT to put in our hair! Come and show off whatever kinky or fizzy hair you’ve got – let’s enjoy this together. We will provide oils, butters and essential oils and some knowledge and experience on how to mix them together! Please bring your own tubs or containers to take the products with you - you could bring old shampoo and conditioner bottles, metal tins, or even re-use glass jars.
The event cost motto is pay as you please and can afford.
Registration is essential, please sign up through this link: https://www.strathunion.com/volunteering/training/course/19/ Looking forward to seeing you there!
