Join us on Tuesday to take part in Refuweegee's 'Letters fae the Locals' initiative!
Every welcome pack that Refuweegee passes on to refugees newly arrived in Glasgow contains a 'Letter fae a Local'. From postcards to post-it-notes, letters to pictures, as long as they are welcoming and kind they will be passed on.
Join us in the Heart Office on Tuesday 13th February to write your own letter, postcard, or whatever you prefer! You will also have the opportunity to speak to experienced Refuweegee volunteers about what they do and how to get more involved with their work.
For those feeling creative there is also an opportunity to put your crafty skills to use by making your own card!
This event is part of Student Volunteering Week 2024.
