Overview

The class is suitable for all levels so don't worry if you're a beginner. The type of yoga I teach is Vinyasa Flow, and this class will focus on your hips.

For the class you will need:

  • Comfy clothing (this is a pj friendly zoom!)
  • Enough floor space to lie on the floor with your arms stretched above your head
  • If you have a yoga or excercise mat then great, but if you don't then a folded up blanket or cushion will be fine for padding your knees

The zoom link will be sent out half an hour before the class.

The class is limited to 15 people so if you no longer want to attend then drop me an email so I can give your place to someone else - tally.kerr@strath.ac.uk
