We'll be watching BlacKkKlansman through Netflix.
BlacKkKlansman (2018) offers an unflinching, true-life examination of race relations in 1970s America that is just as relevant in today’s tumultuous world. Directed by Spike Lee and based on the 2014 memoir Black Klansman by Ron Stallworth, the plot follows the first African-American detective in the city's police department as he sets out to infiltrate and expose the local Ku Klux Klan chapter.
Please let us know you're coming along by signing up with one of the free tickets above. We'll send you all the joining instructions 30 minutes prior to the event.
Don't have a Netflix account? Let us know and we'll make sure you can still join. Email strathunion.volunteers@strath.ac.uk.
