Housing Deposits: Your rights and how to enforce them

As part of our new Public Legal Education Project at the University of Strathclyde Law Clinic, we are offering a session in collaboration with the Strath Union Advice Hub covering some aspects of Housing Law relevant to student life.

In this session, we aim to tackle a common issue experienced by students when it comes to housing - navigating your rights around deposits, and how to recover them. If you are experiencing this issue or would like to feel more clued up on your rights in this area, we encourage you to attend!
