We run events year-round where you can let loose, let go, just throw a couple shapes and put your skills on show.

What's occurring?

These one hour sessions run weekly for four consecutive weeks, and will provide you with tools to explore your concerns, thoughts, and learn CBT techniques. Topics covered: understanding worry and stress, vicious cycle of thoughts and anxiety, overview of low mood and CBT, tools to cope with depression.
