Society for Jewish students at Strathclyde to meet up, socialise, and do activities together in a safe and apolitical environment. All students who identify as Jewish are welcome.
Welcome! We're a brand new society for Strathclyde in 2021, and we're here as a safe place for Jewish students.
We want to arrange social events, (very optional) small faith services around the High Holy Days and other festivals, and also try to engage in some Interfaith dialogue and work with the other faith societies on campus.
We are for all Jewish students, whether religious or not, ethnic or not, and we fully welcome converts also. We are also explicitly apolitical and do not hold views on any political topics. We are therefore a very safe space for Jewish students of all backgrounds and views to come together and just be social.
