The Stem Cell Society was created as the student branch of DKMS.
DKMS is an international charity dedicated to the fight against blood cancer and blood disorders. Their mission is simple but powerful: to register as many potential stem cell donors as possible, giving patients in need a greater chance of finding their lifesaving match.
Our aim as a society is to spread awareness and educate students about DKMS, providing many volunteering opportunities and organising multiple events to reach students and while providing guidance for those who wish to join the stem cell registry.
