Welcome to Strath Girls on the Go! We are a run club who welcome people of all abilities and aim to run at a conversational pace (a pace YOU hold a conversation at). This is a low pressure environment that aims to help you keep running (especially in those winter months), support your wellbeing and, help you meet some fantastic running buddies!
We meet every Thursday at 4.45pm, meeting at the McLennan Arch, Glasgow Green. We also organise a monthly long run, with more details posted closer to the day scheduled!
