C.O.J.A.C. Centre are currently recruiting for Sessional Support Workers to work across our children, young people and adult services. You will work as part of a team providing a safe, caring environment for service users with disabilities.You must be able to work flexible shifts, which includes evenings.
Working with adults or children affected by disability as a Support Worker in our services you will enable the people you are working with to live as full and independent a life as possible; assisting them and their families to design, develop, implement and review person centred packages of support which will maximise their opportunities and choices giving them as much control as possible over their own life. You will work across children, young people and adult services within a day-care and group work setting.

As a Support Worker you will be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support service users meet their needs and expectations.
You will be expected to support the service users directly within the child, youth or adult care setting.
You may also be required to work on a 1:1 basis depending on the needs of the service user.
