According to us:
· Demonstrate an understanding of our vision, values and ethos.
· Be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in caring for vulnerable children and young people in a residential setting.
· Qualifications: a SCQF level 7 or above is desirable however is not essential.
· A full driving licence is essential.
In all Curo Salus Residential establishments the young person is at the heart of everything we do. This post is considered Regulated work with Vulnerable Children, under the protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful candidates will be required to join the PVG scheme or undergo a PVG scheme update prior to a formal offer of employment being made.
This position also requires registration with the SSSC. The successful candidate will have six months from commencement in this post to register with the SSSC.
