What you’ll do:

• Provide support to our customers and  showrooms, answering phone calls, emails and direct messages over various platforms.
• Work with reports to manage orders in production in our workshop to ensure our lead times and customer expectations are met.
• Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly with the best solution for all parties. Take ownership of issues and follow up to ensure the customer is happy.
• Maintain clear notes and records on updates to customer orders and issues.
• Work will mainly be carried out in our Head Office however there will be the opportunity to work from home on occasion.

Other Details:

• This is a part-time position contracted to around 10 hours per week (we would be looking for flexibility during busier times)
• Our working hours currently are between 9-6, this may change though as the business grows.
• Our headquarters is situated just outside the city centre.
