What we would like from you:

• Demonstrate an understanding of our vision, values and ethos.
• Be highly motivated and have a genuine interest in caring for children and young people in a residential setting.
• Qualifications: HNC/SVQ 3 or above is desirable however is not essential as we will provide this training for you.
• A full driving licence is essential.
