Assist the Voice Team and VP Education in supporting the academic representation system at Strathclyde, including communications and administrative functions.
Provide admin support with maintaining data records including updating the reps database.
Communicate directly with reps and assist in handling queries via email and in person.
Collaborate with team members to improve the support and development of reps including the planning and delivery of training and community building events.
Support Strath Union Exec Officers with research and insights into relevant academic issues including identification of common themes across departments and faculties.
Support the Voice team with representation and democracy projects, which may include Student Parliament, Campaigns and Awareness months.
Excellent organisational skills
