What you need to know

  • Hours: 10 hours per week, including evening and weekend working.
  • Contract type: Permanent
  • Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. The hourly rate is £16.98 per hour rising to £19.13, plus any allowances for working evenings and weekends.
  • Location: Refresh Spa at Emirates Arena, which offers free on-site parking and excellent public transport links.

 

What you’ll do

As a Spa Manager, you’ll be joining an established team. Working closely with our existing part-time manager, you will co-lead our talented team, overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring excellence in service delivery and team performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the daily management of Refresh Spa, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Leading on therapist training and assessment, ensuring staff meet professional standards and deliver excellent treatments
  • Managing shift rotas, scheduling, and staff absence, ensuring adequate cover at all times
  • Supervising spa professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance performance
  • Allocating duties within the team to ensure work meets high standards and complies with Health & Safety regulations
  • Monitoring financial performance, including income, expenditure, stock levels, and usage, to ensure targets are met
  • Promoting spa products and packages to maximise business opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing to generate content for social media and promotional campaigns
  • Providing exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries professionally
