Event Dates: Wednesday 22nd July to Sunday 2nd August Applicants: Must be able to work all days within the period shown above
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide on-site support to commonwealth games associations (CGAs), key suppliers and workforce to act as a first point of contact • Assist with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth accommodation management • Support arrivals, departures, and general queries • Monitor communal areas and report maintenance or welfare concerns • Liaise with management and external services when required • Help maintain a positive, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere
Key Requirements:
• Responsible, dependable, and well-organised • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if required
Desirable:
• Experience in accommodation, hospitality, events, or student support • Current university student or recent graduate • Language skills
Salary & Benefits:
• Working Hours: 10:00am – 8:00pm daily • Pay: £150.00 per day, payable upon receipt of invoice (week commencing Monday 3rd August) • Travel & Subsistence: £10.00 per day, payable upon receipt of invoice (week commencing Monday 3rd August) • Meals: Lunch provided daily • Refreshments: Provided daily
