Fixed Term 12 months - 14 hrs per week
Grade 2: £27,682 - £29,548 per annum pro rata per annum (successful candidate will commence at £27,682)
The post holder will provide administrative support to the Student Records Team. This will include maintenance of relevant databases and accurate input and retrieval of data from these databases. The successful candidate will process ITA set-ups, ITA bookings and claim funding using ITA software along with general administrative duties including typing letters and memos, filing and responding to queries via e-mail and phone.
The ideal candidate will possess a relevant HNC / 3 Higher grades or equivalent level qualification and have previous experience of working in an administrative / clerical role within an educational setting with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and previous experience of data entry. An understanding of the role of a Student Records function within an organisation would be desirable.
Successful applicants will be subject to a PVG Disclosure Check & Certificate of Good Conduct (as applicable at their own cost) and must be eligible to work in the UK.
