Located in the heart of the Merchant City – under the tenure of Michael Robertson & managed by Kenny Grant – we will ensure you deliver your job role with finesse, skill, and confidence.

 

Job Details:

  • Take orders at tables via an iPad – intricate knowledge of our products and service delivery will be communicated through comprehensive training.
  • Tray carrying (delivery to the guest; clearing glassware efficiently & skilfully)
  • Cleaning tables (upkeeping standards; resetting quickly for next guests)
  • Presenting & pouring wine at the table (product knowledge; glass-handling)
  • Dealing with spillages (communication to team members; adhering to health & safety)
  • Pouring pints via fonts
  • Pouring spirits via weights & measures
  • Glass-handling
  • Customer relations (warm welcome entering & exiting the venue; confidence in your delivery; creating memorable experiences for guests both at the bar & seated)
  • Fruit cutting
  • Stocking fridges / shelves
  • Till operating & money-handling
  • Glass-washing (efficiency; glass rotation; speed)
  • Cocktail-mixing (per our menu or bespoke / particular to the guests’ request)
  • Asking for identification per Challenge 25
  • Closing down the bar/floor and setting up for following day
