As an Activity Assistant, you’ll be a part of an established team, reporting to the duty manager. You’ll play an essential role in maintaining the venue to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. With a strong focus on safety and customer service, you will assist customers in the safe and effective use of the facilities and promote the wide range of services on offer through excellent product knowledge. This could be:

• Supporting our communities
• Helping people get active
• Creating cultural experiences
• Or working behind the scenes to make it all happen

We’re looking for someone with the right skills who brings energy to the role:

• Candidates with great customer service skills, ideally within a Climbing, Soft Play or catering/ hospitality environment.
• A Playful and fun personality to ensure our visitors have a great day out.
• Comfortable working at heights (there will be a practical element/ challenge at interview to test your comfort levels on the clip n climb wall!)
