We are seeking applicants who wish to make a positive difference to peoples lives by providing care and support visits (Personal care, continence care, nutrition, skin care and mobility assistance) to them in their own homes up to 4 times a day, thus allowing them to maximise their independence safely and continue to enjoy living at home maximising their independence, and prevent them having to go to hospital.

No previous experience is required: full face- to face induction, training and shadowing experienced carers is provided- and paid. Applicants should share our Values and have transferable skills.

Our frontline carers work as a team and have close mutually respecting professional relationships with our supportive managers; as always, effective communication and  a disciplined, well- organised and teamworking approach to the role.

To ensure continuity of care to all those we visit,  it is important that all our team work to agreed shift patterns, which are discussed and agreed.
