  • Strathclyde SOS offers personal alarm protection via your smartphone. For more information visit the website.
  • NHS 24can be contacted by calling 111 free from any phone for information and advice on health matters.
  • Strathclyde Sport is open as normal.
  • Spectrum.Life has 24/7 availability for students wishing to access support including on mental health and wellbeing matters via phone or app. For more information visit the website.
  • Shout 85258 is a 24/7 confidential text service for support for anyone struggling to cope who needs to talk. Text 'SHOUT' to 85258 from anywhere in the UK to start a conversation with a trained volunteer.
  • Samaritans offer support 24/7 by phone (116 123), email, and instant messaging to anyone who needs to talk about anything on their mind, no matter how serious.
  • The Rape Crisis Scotland national helpline is open 5pm – midnight every day call free on 08088 010 302 or text 07537 410 027 for confidential specialist support if you have experienced sexual violence at any point in your life or know someone who has, and you would like to talk to someone.
