Native training - events/tickets

This training should be watched by all committee members to know how to use Native. Native is the platform we will now be using for selling tickets and uploading events for Strathclyde students and societies.

All committee members should have been emailed by Native already. If you haven't been emailed yet, let strathunion.societies@strath.ac.uk know.

Training Series

Key points to note:

• For Societies: The Union will cover all booking fees for societies tickets, except from balls. When adding tickets, press 'absorb fee' for the booking fee. 
• For Balls: For any balls organised after 14th March 2023, including those organised by societies, ball ticket holders must pay the booking fee.
• When adding tickets, type 2110 into the nominal code section and your 3 digit code into department code. If you do not know this code, email strathunion.societies@strath.ac.uk.
• Making your event on Native will automatically pull through to the Events section of the Union website. If this does not happpen, contact strath union.societies@strath.ac.uk.
• You must state in the event description if you do not want to offer refunds for your event. Should you want to offer refunds, Student Engagement staff can process this upon request.
