Humanities and Social Sciences Faculty Winner – Charlotte Hill
When asked to describe Charlotte Hill, the words extremely inspiring comes to mind. As a second-year primary education student, her patience and dedication are remarkable. Alongside her degree, this year, Charlotte and her friends established Strathclyde Musical Theatre Society, and acted as the musical director for the first ever event the society held.
Charlotte had the amazing idea of using the society as a force for good and helped organise a fundraiser for CHAS that ended up raising over £1400 with only two months of rehearsal time. This ambition and motivation to do good for important and valuable causes are extremely admirable and means Charlotte is more than deserving for the Humanities and Social Sciences award.
