Why you should apply for the board
What would my role be as a member of the board?
Seat Distributions on the board You may apply to occupy any of the following two types of seats on the board
Any young person aged 18-30 from all beliefs and none may apply for this seat.
The university/college seats have been created to ensure representation from students on the board and have points of contact with student faith communities and chaplaincies. Any young person aged 18-30, studying at any Scottish college or university may apply for this seat. Note that if your application is chosen you will be asked to provide proof that you are currently studying at the institution you have chosen to represent. In case you satisfy the criteria for both categories, you may choose the ‘Both’ option on the application and we will assign your seat if your application is chosen. The duration of board membership will be up to 2 years.
