Our Board members help us support young people to thrive and make the most of their lives as they grow up. They are responsible for governing how we operate, supporting us in shaping our strategic vision and helping us to grow our impact
We’re looking for two new Board members to build upon the strong skills of our current Board. Key skills and experience we’re looking for include:
Joining us is a great way to support young people in Scotland and a chance to develop personally and professionally. You'll join an inclusive, friendly and passionate group who are fully committed to our cause.
Our staff team and Board must have perspectives that represent the young people we serve. Therefore, we are more interested in your viewpoints and skills than your years of experience. We particularly welcome applications from those who are historically under-represented due to age, socio-economic background, disability, ethnicity, faith or belief, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, education, or caring responsibilities.
