Event experience/Volunteering opportunities

Alzheimer Scotland are seeking enthusiastic students to volunteer at our fundraising events.

Our main aim during these events is to encourage and cheer on our walkers/runners who raise vital funds for Alzheimer Scotland and help us ensure nobody faces dementia alone.

Whether you can offer a few hours of your time as a one-off, a full day, or become a regular event volunteer, we offer flexible opportunities for anyone willing to help out. In addition to invaluable event experience you’ll be given the chance to make a difference for people with dementia and those who care for them every single day.

We offer travel expenses, lunch and refreshments when you volunteer with us too.

An estimated 90,000 people have dementia in Scotland. Alzheimer Scotland need to raise £15,000 every single day to provide vital support for people with dementia and those who care for them across the country.
