Fundraising Volunteer

This opportunity takes place between 05 Oct 2019 and 12 Oct 2019. Applications closed on 04 Oct.

Following up our latest brand campaign, we now need your help to get our ‘Man of Men’ badge out there and increase our brand awareness while welcoming donations at selected shopping centres in Glasgow. What do I do? Arrive on time for my assigned time slot to meet the Lead Volunteer and receive the materials required for my role Attend a role briefing and follow instructions on where to go, what to do and how to stay safe. Hold a tray with the ‘Man of Men’ pin badges and a bucket. Greet commuters enthusiastically and encourage them to get one of our pin badges in support of Prostate Cancer UK Ask for donations politely and help increase our brand awareness. At the end of my shift hand all materials back to my Lead Volunteer When? Dates Choose from: Saturday 5th October / Sunday 6th October / Friday 11th October / Saturday 12th October Times We will need you for at least two hours between 9am and 10pm on selected locations. The activity is organised in shifts so we'll agree with you how much time you are willing to give and will plan around your availability. Where? You can choose a station from the ones listed below: 5th October Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre 6th October Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre 11th October Braehead Shopping Centre 12th October Silverburn Shopping Centre
